Meet your Trainer - Rachel Betts

My journey over the last 10 years has taken me in many directions as a leader and manager, within both my professional and personal development. Supporting a large team of educators and managers, I am aware of how effective leadership and management can lead to success in both business and relationships. Throughout my career, I have worked alongside many amazing leaders and make it my personal goal to understand what makes them great at what they do, and how I can borrow some of their skills to strengthen my own. I find it really rewarding seeing Early Childhood Education and Care services come together and thrive as a result of strong leadership and effective management to create amazing experiences for young children's early childhood education and care.
