Is your centre ELSA ready for 2019?

Early Childhood STEM

Rowe Training support play-based digital learning programs in Early Learning Centres/Services, these programs enable children to explore science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Allowing children to play, experiment and make sense of the world around them – which is part of science, and also part of being a child. STEM Practices encourage children to ask questions, make predictions, experiment, and reflect on what happened and why.

There are Schools in the NT which are currently taking part in the ELSA Pilot. ELSA is a program designed to help children explore science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) through hands-on and digital activities. The digital activities are delivered via ELSA children’s apps, which are available at the preschool service on their iPads and/or Android tablets.
