Payment Plan Information

By selecting the interest free payment plan option, you must also agree to the EziDebit Service Agreement

Step 1:

The student will receive an EziDebit Direct Debit Request via email from Rowe Training after the enrolment interview. The students “Customer Details” will autofill from the information provided on the enrolment application. The “Debit Arrangment” will auto fill from the information agreed upon by the student and Rowe Training during the Enrolment Interview. The student is required to complete the “Payment Method” information required and agree to Terms and Conditions of the Direct Debit Request and Service Agreement .

Step 2:

The student is to download and sign the Payment Plan Agreement attached to the Ezidebit Direct Debit Request email and return the signed Payment Plan Agreement to info@rowetraining.com.au


Please note that the following fees will be charged to the student by EziDebit:

$1.20 Bank Account Transaction fee

2.5% Credit Card Transaction Fee (Minimum $0.99)

$21.90 Failed Payment Fee

Please note:

Students will be denied access to training materials, support services and the online learning system if instalment payments are not received by Rowe Training according to the debit arrangement. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds in their nominated bank account or credit card. Failed payment fees do apply and are imposed by EziDebit. Refer to the EziDebit Service Agreement

VET Student Loans

Rowe Training DOES NOT offer VET Student Loans

Government Funding

Rowe Training & Consulting are a local training provider and are an NT Government Endorsed RTO.  

As such students may be eligible for a Traineeship through Australian Apprenticeship Network NT.

Students are only eligible for a Traineeship once they have secured Full Time or Part Time work in an approved Early Childhood Centre/service, as it is an agreement of support between the employer and the student. (Casual Workers are not eligible)

Refund policy and statutory cooling off period

Students, who give notice to cancel their enrolment 10 business days or more prior to the commencement of a program, will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid.

Students who give notice to cancel their enrolment 9 business days or less prior to the commencement of a program will be entitled to a 75% refund of fees paid. The amount retained (25%) by Rowe Training and Consulting is required to cover the costs of staff and resources which will have already been committed based on the student’s initial intention to undertake the training.

Students who cancel their enrolment after a training program has commenced will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance. An exception to this policy is where Rowe Training and Consulting fails to fulfil its service agreement and fees are refunded for services not provided. Each Student is entitled to exercise their right as a consumer in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

Protection under Australian Consumer Law

As a student undertaking a vocational education and training course, you are protected under Australian Consumer Law and under State and Territory consumer protection laws. These protections include areas such as unfair contract terms, the consumer guarantees, to statutory a cooling-off period, and unscrupulous sales practices.
